Molly graduated from The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in Austin in 2008, and continued her studies there as an assistant, eventually gaining her instructor's license. Her unending curiosity for the physics of the body guided her into the therapeutic and myofascial arena. Paired with a passion for the spirit and energy connectivity of us all, her sessions have been described as "wildly intuitive" and "quietly intense".
Molly encourages a conversation between her work and the client's bodymind response. "She worked patiently while encompassing me as a whole. I left feeling fully embodied and refreshed from the depths to the extremities." She added Reiki into her practice in 2016 and continues to put focus and intention into her energetic work, with a Reiki Master course coming in January 2019. Molly's practice has included success working with: chronic and acute pain, physical and emotional trauma recovery, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, ACL tears, hunched shoulders, psoas restrictions, pain associated with degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, neck discectomies and spinal fusions. She was also runner-up in the Austin Birth Awards in 2013 for best pre-natal therapist. Besides pre-natal, her repertoire includes Swedish, Sports, Deep Massage (the Lauterstein method), reflexology, myofascial, and of course Reiki. Molly continues to study in both structural and energetic practices to bolster her work and broaden her spectrum. Come visit her for structural work, or to retune, refine, relax, and head to outer space.
