Josie is a compassionate and attentive Massage Therapist who aims to support clients on their healing journey by providing a therapeutic, restorative and client-centered massage. She graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with a focus on Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish and Myofascial techniques. She is a Level II trained Reiki practitioner and takes a synergistic approach to massage by holding space for clients to achieve their greatest level of healing using various bodywork modalities. Josie is excited to continue her education by learning Cranial Sacral techniques this upcoming Fall.
