Lore’s specialized approach seeks to discover the gentlest path to deeper healing–one that allows the body and nervous system the opportunity to relax open, receive, and integrate. Understanding the role of nervous system regulation in healing on all levels is her passion and life study, and constantly informs her bodywork practice. Lore’s style is integrative and individualized to meet each body/person where they are in that moment. With her you can expect to feel safe, seen, respected and to have a deeply relaxing and held experience. Lore received her associates degree in massage therapy in 2009, and has deepened her practice with continuing education in energy medicine and Reiki, myofascial release therapy, Ayurveda, Core Energetics, shaking medicine, and yoga. She is Reiki II certified received a BA in Art & Ecology at the University of New Mexico in 2019, and is currently working toward a graduate degree in Somatic Counseling at Naropa University in Boulder.
